Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Electrical Services to lead electrical maintenance, testing, installation, and outage support for nuclear and energy customers. You will guide technical teams, drive safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while partnering with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, project oversight, and growth of electrical service offerings with strong emphasis on safety culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, testing, installation, or outage execution in power generation or RRE.
• 3+ years of leadership or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including RRE infrastructure, power distribution, transformers, MCCs.
• Experience with NEC, NFPA, OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, single-line diagrams, and specs.
• Experience estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and guiding outage projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain nuclear access as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and outage support projects from planning to completion.
• Provide technical leadership for field services and ensure work adheres to codes and standards.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, estimates, and execution strategies for projects.
• Monitor performance, budgets, schedules, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Support proposals, estimating, bids, and technical reviews for new opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting to support decision-making.
• Supervise electricians and field personnel during maintenance and outages.
