Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Electrical Services to lead electrical maintenance, testing, installation, and outage support for nuclear, renewable, and energy clients. You will guide field teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safe, high‑quality project outcomes.

This role requires 7+ years in electrical maintenance/outage environments, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% across customer sites. A PE or related certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience leading electrical maintenance, testing, and outage projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance, testing, installation, and outage projects from planning to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee field services per codes and standards.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, estimates, and execution strategies for projects.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities.
• Support business development, proposals, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for decisions.
