Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Electrical Services to lead the planning, execution, and growth of electrical maintenance and field service operations for nuclear power plants, renewables, and other customers. You will oversee testing, installation, and outage support services while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, testing, installation, commissioning, construction, or outage execution in power generation, renewables, or heavy industrial environments.
• 3+ years of leadership or PM experience overseeing technical teams or field service operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including RRE infrastructure, power distribution, motors, generators, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and industrial controls.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and applicable electrical safety requirements.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, schematics, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, distribution, and outage projects from planning through completion.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for electrical field services per industry best practices and standards.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, estimates, and execution strategies for assigned projects.
• Monitor performance, budgets, schedules, and KPIs to ensure successful execution.
• Support proposal development, estimating, bid preparation, and technical reviews for new business.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for decisions.
