Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Manager, Electrical FieldWorks to build and lead electrical capabilities across nuclear, power generation, and energy-adjacent markets. You will deploy highly skilled union crews for complex maintenance, testing, commissioning, outages, and projects.

In this early leadership role, you will shape technical standards, partner with customers and unions, and drive crew development, safety, and delivery excellence in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in electrical maintenance, testing, outage execution, or field services in heavy industry.
• Experience leading union electrical crafts and field teams with strong safety and execution focus.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, specifications, and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field operations, planning, and coordination for maintenance, testing, and outages.
• Develop and grow high-performing electrical crews and technical leaders.
• Partner with unions, customers, and internal teams to align scopes, staffing, and schedules.
• Support technical leadership, training, and qualification programs for FieldWorks.
