Job summary

The Nuclear Company is seeking an experienced Manager, Electrical FieldWorks to build and lead the electrical capabilities of TNC FieldWorks, delivering skilled union crews for maintenance, testing, and outage projects across nuclear and energy-adjacent markets.

You will partner with customers, union halls, and field teams to define scopes, develop talent, and ensure safe, high-quality execution while advancing FieldWorks growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years in electrical maintenance, testing, commissioning, outage, or field services.
• Experience leading union electrical craft and field work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Travel 50%+ and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and oversight of electrical maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and outage work for union crafts.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for electrical field work, ensuring safety and adherence to codes and standards.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to define project scopes, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Serve as trusted electrical SME to support planning, workforce readiness, and complex issues.
• Support proposal development, technical estimating, and execution planning for FieldWorks opportunities.
