Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of electrical maintenance, testing, installation, commissioning, construction, or outage execution experience in power generation, renewable and regulated energy (RRE) or heavy industrial environments.
• 3+ years of leadership or PM experience overseeing technical teams or field service operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including RRE infrastructure, power distribution, motors, generators, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and industrial controls.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA regulations and applicable electrical safety requirements.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, schematics, and specs.
• Experience estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and managing customer expectations.
• Familiarity with nuclear safety culture, QA programs, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, power distribution, and outage support projects from planning through completion.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for electrical field services in line with industry practices and codes.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, estimates, and execution strategies.
• Monitor performance, budgets, schedules, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Support proposals, bid preparation, and technical reviews for new opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting for decisions.
