Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree.
8 years of experience required, including 3+ years in electrical industry.
Experience with complex bid and project proposals and negotiations.
Strong cross-functional coordination across customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary inside sales and customer support resource, qualifying leads and guiding customers.
Manage and coordinate the proposal process, including RFQs and pricing support.
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and post-sale coordination.
Develop sales reports and dashboards to support budget and growth objectives.
