Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions
• Use digital tools to sell, promote, demonstrate products, answer technical questions
• Prospect for new accounts within defined territory
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships
• Close orders and resolve issues with root-cause analysis
• Process quotes and follow up through purchasing cycle
• Report market trends and competitor information to management
• Participate in product meetings and training
• Pursue product applications using internal resources
• May perform other branch duties
