Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive inside sales and marketing efforts. The role focuses on building relationships, processing quotes and orders, and expanding profitable sales within the customer base.

Hours are 7am to 4pm; the position requires knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools, with a preference for candidates experienced in electrical distribution and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inside sales duties including processing quotes and orders for customers.
• Pursue product and application knowledge to drive growth.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide timely follow-ups throughout the purchasing cycle.
• Use company tools to answer questions, promote products, and solicit new business.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographic territory.
