Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the Lexington, KY team. You will drive proactive inside sales by phone and email, quote orders, and build strong customer relationships while expanding profitable growth using product knowledge and CRM tools.

Responsibilities include processing quotes, assisting outside sales, pursuing new accounts in the territory, and reporting market trends to management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery terms, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Sell using digital tools and answer technical questions to grow business.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographic territory.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues using root-cause analysis.
• Process quotations and provide follow-up through the purchasing cycle.
• Report market and pricing information to management.
• Participate in product meetings and training to improve knowledge.
• Pursue product applications with internal resources and vendor representatives.
