Rexel USA, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive sales via telephone and email. You will establish and maintain customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and pursue product knowledge to grow organic sales within a defined territory.

You will support outside sales, utilize digital tools to promote products, and report market trends. The role requires collaboration with teams and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs and terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, promote, demonstrate products and answer questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory.
• Manage customer base and maintain relationships.
• Identify customer objectives and resolve issues with root-cause analysis.
