Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Elizabethtown, KY team. You will handle proactive inside sales, quote and process orders, and grow the customer base while delivering excellent service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, prospecting for new accounts, and using CRM/ERP tools to support sales efforts. The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities include strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
