Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive inside sales via phone or email. You will build customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and expand organic growth within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include handling orders, using digital tools to promote products, and supporting outside sales. Strong communication and basic ERP/CRM knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED is required.
• Knowledge of electrical products and applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use digital tools to sell, promote, and demonstrate products to new and existing customers
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined territory
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships
• Close orders and resolve issues using root-cause analysis
• Prepare quotes/proposals and follow up through purchasing cycle
• Report market and product trends to management
• Participate in product training to maintain knowledge
• Help with other branch duties as needed
