Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Texas to lead a crew of five electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will supervise install, alteration, and repair of electrical systems while mentoring Journeyman, Apprentices, and Helpers on site.

You will read drawings, manage schedules, and coordinate materials to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of ~5 workers.
• Strong reading and interpretation of blueprints and project docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and aligns with NEC/local codes.
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists from layouts and job demands.
