Job summary

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, ensuring work meets high quality standards while coordinating material lists, layouts and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience with electrical construction, and the ability to read blueprints and project documents to guide the team toward safe, efficient completion.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical construction on commercial/industrial sites.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Experience reading blueprints and understanding project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Read and understand project specifications, blueprints and schematics.
• Lay out and install electrical conduit and devices per drawings and NEC guidelines.
