Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician in Fort Worth, TX to lead a crew of Journeyman, Apprentices, and Helpers on commercial/industrial electrical installations.

You will read blueprints, develop material lists, coordinate with supervision, and ensure work meets NEC and local codes. Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability and desire to grow in this area.
• Able to read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Shows ability to develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
• Read project specs, blueprints and schematics for accurate layouts.
• Perform field layout using Trimble equipment and software.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues on site.
