Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capability to grow as a leader and coach a crew of five.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards and meet production goals.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and communicate plans to supervision.
• Create material lists from plans and convey needs to supervision.
