Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will install, troubleshoot, and oversee electrical systems while coaching your team to meet project goals and safety standards.

You will read blueprints and specifications, coordinate with supervisors and trades, and ensure work stays on schedule and within NEC guidelines.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to mentor a crew of ~5.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeymen, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards and schedules are followed.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
