Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will oversee installation, troubleshooting and coordination to meet quality and schedule goals.

You will mentor crew members, review project specs, and ensure compliance with NEC and local guidelines while coordinating with supervision and other trades.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and ability to mentor a small crew.
• Must read and interpret electrical blueprints and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to high standards and develop manpower schedules.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate with supervision.
• Oversee installation and termination of electrical devices and conduits.
• Read project specs, blueprints, and schematics and lay out work from drawings.
