Job summary

You will supervise installation, alterations, and repairs, read project drawings, and ensure work aligns with NEC standards and client specifications. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, material takeoffs, and hands-on electrical work in a fast-paced onsite environment, with coordination to meet production and budget

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a small crew.
• Strong reading of blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Coordinate manpower and schedule for their team.
• Develop material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Ensure work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Perform basic field layout and electrical installations.
