Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a seasoned Foreman Electrician in Moncks Corner, SC to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, ensure quality work, read blueprints, and coordinate materials and safety.

This role requires 7–10 years of field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to plan manpower and schedules, while maintaining compliance with NEC codes and project specs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities on small crews.
• Ability to read and understand project drawings and specs.
• Strong communication with trades and supervision for safety and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers on the job site.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to NEC guidelines.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team and communicate them to supervision.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and project documents.
• Oversee installation, wiring, and termination of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with other trades and monitor project progress.
