Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects in Greenville, SC. You will lead, train, and evaluate Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers while ensuring work meets high standards and NEC guidelines.

Responsibilities include developing manpower schedules, reading blueprints, coordinating with other trades, and performing field layout using Trimble equipment and software to deliver projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead a crew of ~5 electricians and mentor others.
• Strong reading of blueprints and project documents.
• Experience coordinating schedules with other trades.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and NEC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality and safety compliance.
• Develop manpower schedules.
• Prepare material lists from layouts.
• Perform field layout and basic electrical installations.
