Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will supervise installation, alterations and repairs, ensure quality and safety, and mentor less experienced electricians on site.

The role requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints and project specs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching abilities for a crew of five.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specs and schematics.
• Effective communication with other trades and project supervision.
• Adept at planning layouts, material lists and field measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality and compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Develop manpower schedules and communicate needs to supervision.
• Read project docs and layouts to plan underground and above-ground work.
• Oversee tools, devices, and equipment installation and testing.
• Mentor and train crew to improve performance and safety.
