Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage field crews on utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System projects nationwide. This hands-on role ensures NEC compliance, safety standards, and project requirements while maintaining efficient workflow across fast-paced sites.

You will collaborate with project teams, mentor field personnel, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining strong communication with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical background with NEC knowledge.
• Experience leading self-perform crews.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage self-perform field crews in repair, restoration, and maintenance of utility-scale solar and BESS projects.
• Develop and improve processes to drive consistency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with DEPCOM’s standards and procedures.
• Foster knowledge sharing and clear ownership of responsibilities.
• Drive project execution on schedule and within budget; manage schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Provide accurate daily reporting and support customer interactions as needed.
• Mentor and develop field personnel to promote technical growth and leadership.
