Job summary

IES is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead electrical field operations in Georgia. You will supervise crews, coordinate installations and maintenance, and ensure all work aligns with project requirements, safety standards, and codes.

Strong communication and leadership will drive timely, quality results on active job sites. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of electrical field experience, read blueprints, and demonstrate safety diligence.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of electrical field experience.
• Experience leading or supervising electrical crews preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews to meet schedules, productivity, and quality.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
• Review plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
• Ensure work complies with policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Monitor progress, manage materials, equipment, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with leadership, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and staff.
• Provide training and direction to electricians, technicians, and apprentices.
• Maintain project records and reports related to field activities.
• Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
