Job summary

IES is seeking an Electrical Foreman in Charlotte, NC to lead electrical field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure safe, accurate project completion. You will supervise crews, interpret plans, and uphold codes and company standards on active job sites.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced construction environment. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of electrical field leadership experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background and motor vehicle checks).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and daily field activities to support schedules and quality.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work for project execution.
• Review plans and communicate requirements to field personnel.
