RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technical Lead for the CB3+ loitering munition program based in Tucson, AZ. You will guide the EE team through system requirement verification, design, integration, and production support for air system, launcher, and ground hardware.

You will mentor engineers, manage risk, oversee failure investigations, and collaborate with customers, suppliers, and program management. Domestic travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM)
• Ten years of related experience in subassembly design, integration, and production support
• Experience with electrical subsystems, systems engineering, requirement development and verification, CCA design and test integration
• Strong communication skills, risk and opportunity management

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to ensure electrical subassembly designs correctness and verifications
• Identify and manage technical risks and oversee failure investigations
• Support component-level design, design revisions, and test reviews
• Collaborate with program management, customer, and suppliers
• Occasional business travel may be required
