Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technical Lead for the CB3+ loitering munition program. This onsite role leads the EE team through system verification, supports production, and guides hardware subassembly design and testing.

Responsibilities include owning the Technical Data Package, managing technical risks, overseeing failure investigations, and coordinating with customers, suppliers, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in subassembly design, integration and production support.
• Experience with CCA design, requirement verification, and supplier management.
• Strong communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to ensure integrity of electronic designs and TDP.
• Identify and manage technical risks and oversee failure investigations.
• Support component design revisions, test reviews, and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with management, customers and suppliers; occasional travel.
