The role emphasizes lifecycle engineering, MBSE approaches, and collaboration across hardware and software domains, with occasional travel to support program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in RF sub-systems design, integration, and production support.
• Proficiency in analog, digital, and power electronics design and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable designs.
• Experience leading a complex subsystem during EMD phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical data package development, validation, and integration.
• Manage technical risk and oversee GS failure investigations.
• Support component design and design reviews in lab and field environments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor teammates and drive multi-disciplinary collaboration.
