RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technical Lead for the CB3+ loitering munition program in Tucson, AZ. You will oversee EE team execution, guide design verification, and support production for air system and ground hardware.

Qualified candidates have a STEM degree and 10+ years in related areas, including CCA design and system verification. Onsite role with relocation consideration and opportunities for mentorship and collaboration with government and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in subassembly design, analog/digital/power electronics, and production support.
• Experience with CCA design, requirement verification, and supplier management on an effector-based product.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to ensure the integrity of electronic subassembly designs, including the TDP and all hardware development, integration, and verification activities.
• Identify and manage technical risks.
• Provide technical oversight of failure investigations.
• Support component level design, design revisions, and test reviews.
• Work environment is office-based with potential labs and on-site supplier support.
• Guide teams through hardware systems lifecycle phases from design to documentation.
• Manage the configuration pedigree for early Production units.
• Mentor and be mentored within RTX’s culture of collaboration.
• Collaborate with functional/program management, customers and suppliers.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
