Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technical Lead to oversee the EE team as the CB3+ program advances system verification and production support. You will guide electronics subassembly design, data package maintenance, and hardware verification across the air system, launcher, and ground support hardware.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM with 10+ years in relevant engineering fields, strong system engineering knowledge, and experience with defense

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 10+ years experience
• Experience with electrical subsystems, systems engineering, requirement development, requirement verification, CCA Design, Test Integration, and/or Supplier Management on an effector-based product
• Strong business acumen and communication skills; risks and opportunity management
• Proven record of leading complex subsystem efforts through EMD or NPI phases (preferred)
• Advanced degree in mathematics, physics, or related engineering discipline (preferred)
• Experience with antennas, analog/digital cards, or configurable logic (preferred)
• Ability to network across organizations and manage multiple priorities (preferred)
• Interpersonal skills and collaboration with customers and suppliers (preferred)
• Balancing engineering process discipline and innovation for rapid development (preferred)
• Experience working with defense system subsystems (preferred)
• Knowledge of mixed signal electronics (Power, Analog, Digital, FPGA, SoC) (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership to ensure the integrity of electronic subassembly designs, including the Technical Data Package (TDP) and all hardware development, integration, and verification activities
• Identify and manage technical risks
• Provide technical oversight of failure investigations
• Support component level design, design revisions, and test reviews
• Work environment is office-based with labs and on-site supplier support
• Guide teams through hardware systems lifecycle from design to testing and documentation
• Manage configuration pedigree for early Production units
• Mentor and mentee collaboration within Raytheon
• Collaborate with management, customer, and suppliers
• Occasional business travel may be required
