Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead for a Missile Production Program, based in Tucson. You will provide technical oversight of a cross-functional team, focusing on task execution, technical rigor, and scheduling.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and the Industrial Partner to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration, with travel under 10% and first shift. U.S. citizen with DoD Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree.
• Relevant experience with RF, analog, digital, and / or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and / or digital signal processing, debugging, failure investigations.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a technical project and/or failure investigation root cause corrective action
• Experience with professional technical communication and collaboration with internal and external customers, Relevant experience with updating and presenting technical data package documentation.

Responsibilities

• Function as an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead on Missile Production Program.
• Provide technical oversight/mentorship over team of cross functional engineers and operation staff. Focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor, and meeting schedule.
• Coordinate with Depot Program Lead and Production Chief Engineer for cross-functional prioritization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and the Industrial Partner to resolve issues during production, testing, and integration. Support ILMF’s in troubleshooting and failure investigations.
