Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer for the Tucson, AZ on-site team. The role focuses on design, integration, and test of Raytheon electrical systems, with hands-on work in multi-discipline teams and responsibility for cost and schedule management.

Requirements include a STEM bachelor's with 8+ years (or advanced degree with 5+ years), ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, and experience with schematic capture and test equipment. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience or an Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance are required.
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon products within TEE in multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and circuit design/analysis.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of assigned projects and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
• Collaborate with team or work independently to ensure successful test product deployment.
