RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks an Electrical Subsystems GS Technical Lead to guide a cross-functional team in hardware systems design and integration. You will oversee TDP development, risk management, and design reviews, interfacing with suppliers and customers in a mission-focused environment.

The role requires a STEM degree and 10+ years of relevant RF/analog/digital/power electronics experience, plus prior technical leadership on complex subsystems. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ten years in RF product design, analog/digital/power electronics, and production support.
• Experience leading a complex subsystem as a technical leader.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical integrity of the GS, including TDP development, validation, and integration.
• Manage technical risk for the GS and oversee failure investigations.
• Support component design and test reviews; collaborate with suppliers and customers.
• Lead cross-functional hardware systems lifecycle activities and architecture work.
• Mentor team members; occasional travel may be required.
