Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems division seeks a Construction Manager - Electrical to oversee electrical construction projects across the Northeast and Central regions. Candidates must reside in listed states and be willing to travel up to 75% to support project activities.

Strong hands-on electrical construction and field service background preferred. Salary range is $97,000-$156,000 with overtime, per diem, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years electrical construction/maintenance experience; or an associate with 7+ years; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction planning through commissioning, closeout, and client turnover, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation strategies, and subcontractor performance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver constructible, cost‑effective solutions while driving productivity and project success.
• Oversee construction safety, quality, and compliance programs, including QA/QC, JSA development, lockout/tagout, confined space procedures, documentation control, and progress reporting.
