Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) Division seeks a Construction Manager - Electrical to oversee electrical construction projects across the Northeast and Central regions. Candidates must reside in Virginia or nearby states and travel up to 75% to support project activities.

Strong on-site experience with journeyman/master electricians or field service backgrounds is highly valued, along with knowledge of microgrids and advanced power systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with electrical construction/field service experience.
• Associate degree with 7+ years experience; or 10+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• Journeyman/Master Electrician or related supervision background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnkey electrical construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, and subcontractor performance across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams to deliver cost-effective, constructible solutions.
