Rosendin is a leading employee-owned electrical contractor delivering major projects nationwide. The Senior Engineering Team Lead is an advanced-level engineering management position responsible for overseeing larger or more complex work and may supervise several Engineering Team Leads.

You will manage resource allocation, fee estimating, QA/QC of design work, and coordination with project executives, city and regulatory agencies, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction-related field.
• Typically requires 10 years of Engineering Experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design fees.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering/production resources.
• Oversee and evaluate resource allocation and fee disposition.
• Supervise Engineering Team Leads, Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff.
• Coordinate with Project Executive/Division Manager on effort and deliverables; may oversee submittals.
