Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Nashville branch, driving day-to-day operations and executing the inside sales function. You will oversee warehouse, delivery, and a growing sales team while partnering with the regional sales organization to support customer growth.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety and performance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and inside sales functions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on targets for Inside Sales execution.
• Oversee warehouse operations, delivery logistics, and inventory strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business/related field

5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution

Leadership/branch management experience

ISO-compliant environments experience
