Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution with leadership experience.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including warehouse, delivery, and inside sales.
• Develop and execute sales plans with regional team and key accounts.
• Manage branch budget, pricing, and financial performance to meet targets.
• Coach and develop branch staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Purchasing, Accounting, and Finance to optimize operations.
