Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company seeks a Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Nevada branch, driving sales, managing inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams, and partnering with the regional sales organization to grow accounts.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, safety, and adherence to ISO standards, with a focus on inventory control, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Drive profitable sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Oversee inside sales strategy, pricing, and customer support.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with outside sales teams to develop new business and expand existing accounts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and support company goals.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
