Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive customer service excellence, and oversee inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams. You will partner with regional sales to support growth and account development, while ensuring ISO standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO‑compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Manage the branch budget and goals, including revenue targets, margins, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Collaborate with supply chain and purchasing to maintain inventory levels and service levels.
