Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, optimize branch performance, and drive inside sales growth. You will oversee warehouse, delivery, and customer service while partnering with regional sales to expand accounts and improve margins.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets, ensure safety, and maintain ISO standards. A strong background in electrical distribution and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry
• Prior leadership or branch management experience preferred
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments and audits

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch staff across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
• Ensure safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service
• Oversee branch purchasing, pricing, quotations, and warehouse activities
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance
• Manage branch budget, goals, and profitability
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts
• Maintain pricing strategy and credit policies
• Support customer relationships and supplier partnerships
• Provide training and performance guidance, and attend meetings as required
• Oversee ISO management system ownership and audits
