Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day‑to‑day branch operations, focusing on efficient performance, strong customer service, and effective execution of inside sales. You will oversee warehouse, delivery, and sales teams while coordinating with the regional sales organization to support growth and account development.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 5+ years of leadership in electrical distribution, with ISO experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or related field preferred—equivalent industry experience valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO‑compliant environments and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales and customer relationship management to align with Inside Sales targets.
• Oversee branch operations including warehouse, delivery logistics, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and partners.
• Partner with outside sales for new business and account development.
• Ensure exceptional service and implement market insights for business planning.
