Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, optimize branch performance, and drive inside sales and customer service excellence.

You will oversee warehouse, delivery, and pricing strategies while aligning with regional sales to grow accounts and partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution are preferred, with ISO experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or related field.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience preferred.
• ISO environment experience and audit readiness valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and drive performance across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Develop and mentor staff; foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration and customer service.
• Manage branch budget, pricing, credit policies, and inventory strategy.
• Partner with Sales leadership and regional teams to grow accounts and hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO management system requirements.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance to support operations.
