Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in electrical wholesale or similar, with bachelor’s degree preferred and ISO/audit experience. Strong leadership, safety, and cross-functional skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience valued.
• 5+ years in electrical wholesale distribution or related field.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience preferred.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including inside sales, warehouse, and delivery.
• Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships.
• Partner with regional sales and supplier partners on FMI and launches.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance across the branch.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing, and inventory policies.
