Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent industry experience is highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working within ISO-compliant environments, including adherence to documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, including inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and customer service.
• Conduct coaching, performance evaluations and pay recommendations.
• Ensure all positions are staffed by qualified and trained personnel.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws.
• Provide management and guidance for all work performed in the branch including purchasing, pricing, quotations, contract review, and warehouse activities.
