Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Co is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States who will oversee day-to-day operations, inside sales, and warehouse functions. You will partner with regional sales to drive customer growth, oversee pricing strategies, and ensure exceptional service across electrical distribution customers.

You will lead branch staff across sales, warehouse, and delivery, uphold safety, and drive continuous improvement in process and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-management experience within a field operations or wholesale distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute branch-level business plans and budgets.
• Experience aligning inside sales with field sales and pricing strategies.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial customers, OEMs, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations, including inside sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and sales forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO and company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to meet targets and margins.
• Manage vendor relations and pricing strategies with a focus on profitability.
• Provide coaching and development for branch staff.
