Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated Emotional Intelligence expertise in a fast-moving sales marketing environment.
• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten.
• 5+ years operating in a similar Business Development Representative position.
• Comfort with a Newmark pace that rarely sits still.
• 5 or more years steering sales marketing projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Show up at Overland Park, KS networking nights with a reason to follow up.
• Build the Emotional Intelligence report leadership checks before the KS review.
• Hand the Business Development Representative crew a territory plan they can actually run.
• Wire Outreach.io and Lead Generation together so marketing hands sales clean leads.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with creative, product, and operations.
