Job summary

Amcor Chippewa Falls WI is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the site safety program and drive the Amcor EHS Management System. You will partner with plant leaders to set goals, monitor performance, and implement best practices to minimize risk and environmental impact.

The role requires a track record in manufacturing EHS, strong communication, and training skills, plus experience in regulatory compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), CHMM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or facilitate the site EHS safety committee.
• Serve as a member of the plant Leadership Team.
• Develop, implement and enhance the Amcor EHS Management System at the facility.
• Identify and leverage EHS best practices and manage through WCOM pillars.
• Lead EHS planning with goals and performance reviews.
• Provide training to ensure awareness of EHS regulations and requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, compliance, and reporting to management.
