Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an EHS Manager to proactively manage environmental health and safety and sustainability programs in a manufacturing setting. You will act as a liaison with federal, state, and regulatory bodies while developing and refining systems to keep workers safe and minimize environmental impact.

The role requires leading safety training, incident investigations, and compliance reporting, while helping design and budget for safety capital expenditures under the guidance of

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Safety Management preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 3–5 years safety experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Identifies hazardous conditions and recommends corrective actions.
• Implements safety training programs for employees (e.g., forklift, lockout).
• Maintains OSHA logs and safety incident reporting.
• Supports management with safety meetings and training effectiveness.
